Return and Exchange Policy – The Square Cart

At The Square Cart, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary due to defects, issues, wrong orders made by customers, or size-related problems. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures involved.

Exchange Conditions for Defects or Issues:

Eligibility:

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of shipment.
  • Original invoice.
  • Picture(s) clearly showing the defect or issue with the product.
  • Used products are not eligible for exchange.
  • No exchange charges will be applied.

Exchange Conditions for Mistakes Made by the Customer:

Eligibility:

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of shipment.
  • Original invoice.
  • Real picture of the product.
  • Used products are not eligible for exchange.
  • There will be a charge of Rs 350 for exchanges due to customer mistakes.

Exchange Conditions for Size Issues:

Eligibility:

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of shipment.
  • Original invoice.
  • Real picture of the product.
  • Used products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Size Exchange by Us: If the size issue is due to our mistake, the exchange will be free of charge.
  • Size Exchange on Customer’s Demand: If the customer wishes to exchange the size based on their preference, there will be a charge of Rs 350.

Color Variation and Size Differences:

Please note that color and size variations may occur. We strive to provide accurate information, but actual colors and sizes may slightly differ. Replacement requests due to these variations will incur additional charges, and returns based solely on color or slight size differences will not be accepted.

Exchange Procedure:

For Exchange, customers will need to send all the required details according to the specified conditions via Whatsapp to 0310-5710772.

After the exchange request is approved, our team will initiate the exchange process. A new exchange parcel will be dispatched from our office to the customer’s address. The delivery of the exchange parcel typically takes approximately 3-5 days. Our designated rider will deliver the new exchange parcel directly to the customer’s doorstep. Upon delivery, the rider will collect the old parcel from the customer. If applicable, the customer will be required to pay the exchange charges as mentioned in the conditions. Once the exchange process is complete, the customer will receive the new exchange parcel in exchange for the returned item.

Return Conditions:

  • Picture(s) clearly showing the issue or defect in the product OR If the reason for return is related to quality, kindly inform us of the specific issue.
  • Used products are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure:

All the necessary details for returning the item(s) as per the specified conditions will be sent to the customer via Whatsapp.

After the return request is approved, the customer must send the parcel back to our office address. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after receiving the returned item(s). The refund amount will be transferred to the customer via bank transfer, Easy paisa, or Jazz cash.
